I been to this place quite often and everytime I come he always makes me wait almost an hour no matter if it's to pay me or weigh my stuff. I been dealing with customers at my job for a long time and he def doesn't know how to treat his customers right. My car broke down right outside their business, fortunately. I'm very glad it did because the experience was far better than other car places. Art provided excellent customer service and it was refreshing to not experience any sexism or overcharging. Art and the other employees are good people. I was hoping to at least get a recommendation for a repair place and tow but they offered to take a look, exceeding my expectations. They explained what happened and physically showed me as they looked. They explained it in a way I could easily understand and at no point did I feel pressured to get the repair done here. Art was very non pushy and respected me making a call to get another opinion.The inside is a bit eclectic, but don't let that deter you. I was very happy with my experience here and highly recommend this affordable business full of kind, knowledgeable people.

Received a text with a quote for $140 right away and was told to call a number to schedule a pickup. Called, left a message and heard nothing all day. Early the next morning, I received a text telling me to call a number to schedule a pickup. Called, left a message, and again heard nothing. On the third day I received an early phone call that I missed. Anthony left me a message saying to call the same number I had been calling to schedule a pickup. I called, left a message and sent a follow-up text. I heard nothing. I don't have time for this kind of frustration!Looked up another company … CashAutoSalvage.com. Completed an online quote and was offered $265 …. $125 MORE! After clicking "accept offer" I got a phone call from their representative WITHIN MINUTES and received a confirmation for a pick-up date and time. Barberton Junk Cars should take note and learn a lesson from this!!
