Not only was the truck not a "Run and Drive", the loader refused to load it onto the trailer of the transport company I booked to ship it over 500 miles, loader said it was too big. After getting the supervisor on the phone I was told that they do not have the ability to load the truck, they will be closing the yard in 15 minutes and it was my problem to figure it out. After arguing with me for about 10 minutes the loader finally agreed to load it on the rear tip of the trailer blocking the rest of the trailer. After calling the supervisor again they brought 4 dead jump starters and could not get the truck started, which was listed as a "run and drive" by the way. finally another competent transporter hooked up a winch with a roller and moved the truck where it needed to be. The trailer was a low profile gooseneck trailer as well. The most incompetent copart staff I have ever had to deal with by far.
Rude people .not helpful wanted more for parts than AutoZone..
