The crew is slow ignorant and rude. Instead of carrying 10 lbs to the scale he gets on the forklift and rides around for 5 minutes before helping you. They have the worst prices in the county and label everything as misc. Metals and say they sell it at that price yet they separate it all into separate bins so there tripling their profit while robbing you blind. Went their nearly everyday for 2 months and still got ripped off. Won't go back again
The guys who do the yard work are top notch. The guys in the office, not so much. They provide no help in letting you know how their system works, yet are quick to get grumpy with you when you don't immediately know what to do. Maybe some people skills classes are needed.
