At that time they said they would come up the driveway to pick up the trash since my grandmother is disabled. It's been 3 weeks and no one has picked up her trash. I've called and spoke with someone numerous times, nothing has changed. I will be canceling my grandmother's trash service with them. Not sure how they stay in business with such terrible customer service.
As I business owner myself I don’t like leaving negative reviews. In fact I believe this is the first negative review I have ever left. So this review is very well earned. The only reason this place gets a 1 is because there are no zeros or negatives. This place is terrible. I have been trying to take aluminum out there for well over six months. If you are lucky enough to get these people to even answer the phone then they will tell you nobody is working on the aluminum side to take aluminum. If you ask them when they will have someone to take aluminum they will tell you they don’t know. I did finally get in contact with someone last week and they said they had someone to take aluminum and acted like I was crazy for even asking that question. So I spend 30 minutes loading up this aluminum and drive over there only to have them tell me that they don’t have anyone available to take aluminum. I have called several times since to see if anyone is available to take aluminum however nobody ever answers the phone. Common sense would tell me they don’t want my business and Common Sense wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever.
Always picks up my metal no problem.
