All for me to find out over the phone with the Record Association QVPS later that they are a 24/7 service when it comes to reclaiming personal belongings from collisions. When I finally picked up my belongs a few days after being wrongly rejected the first time, I noticed a lot of missing belongings of mine including the remaining money that was left in my car. GONE. No words to describe how disappointed I am at this business and how much stress they put me through, especially with my injuries from my car collision to deal with on top of that. I’ve been extremely MISTREATED by them. This business has NO HUMANITY nor professionalism what so ever. It all makes sense now why they were doing anything to stall me from picking up my belongs, such as threatening to call the cops on me for being there “after hours” even though (once again) I was there in the afternoon, on the exact given date to pick up my belongings… really manipulating business. DO NOT TRUST LD's Wrecker Service.
