I didn't find anything in particular for myself here but the owner was really friendly and more than willing to point me in the direction of his colleagues who could have possibly helped me. For that I appreciate the old fashion customer service, even if I was only in the store for about 5 min.

I am so glad I chose Junk Boss to remove my old upright freezer! They are so nice and kept me informed of when they would arrive - when they did arrive, they were quick to get the freezer picked up and gone! What a relief! The cost was very minimal and worth every penny! I will always call them for picking up things I no longer want or need - thank you so much!!Service: Junk removal

I went to Bethany Imports on a recommendation from a friend. The owner was to order me a transfer case and a seal for the transmission for my Toyota Sequoia. I had been quoted $900 but he only ended up charging me $650+ tax. I had to put down a $100 deposit and come pick it up in four days. I even bought a couple impulse buy pairs of sunglasses as well. I wish he would have had the people he ordered the transfer case from leave the dang actuator attached to the transfer case. The actuator has been nothing but a headache for me since we went and picked the transfer case up. I found out the actuator by itself is sold for $1500.00. I only need to replace two seals on the darn thing but I have to buy the whole thing not just the seals.

1st thing it is illegal to charge more than 4% for a credit card fee. I was charged 8%. You can charge an environmental fee, yard fee any line item but credit card.2nd purchased a fuel pump for a vehicle, it did not work. Brought it back tried to get another one. He put it in water, and hooked up a positive and negative to it and it sprayes. Therefore the problem is with my car, so the owner said. As we were trying to explain to him, so that we may purchase another part, would have been fine with a restocking fee, simply needed to fix the problem. The owner acted as if we were ignorant, and trying to scam him out of $53. Just became blatantly rude and unreasonableWhere he easily could have charged a restocking fee, sold another if it didn't work received another restocking fee and provide a pleasant customer service experience. This place I have been coming to for 10 years, this was my first return and lowest amount. I send other customers and contractors for myself so I understand why he did not recognize my face.Resolution after point of sale protocols were ridiculous, I suppose if you are scammed frequently, you build a guilty until proven innocent customer service policy.I'm just thankful I have never ordered any $1k+, items from here, 8% credit card fees, and an assumption that I'm trying to scam your business as opposed to spend more money to fix a problem.Chunked the item I was scamming them with to them, went and purchased the item new. This place is awesome until it's not, but when it's not, cancels all of the previous awesomeness. I never in a million years would have thought to get so worked up over a simple $50 transaction. Thankful though could have been much more.😘

I haven't actually been here physically yet but they are the only salvage yard I've found in this state including LQK, that has an identical Mitsubishi Eclipse an 07 model that same color etc. as my 06 Eclipse that will interchange part's. Their prices are very competitive and I haven't found anyone that could even match their prices!! They do offer shipping but for what I'm needing it'll have to be picked up so I'll be traveling there very soon!!

They keep inventory on what comes and goes. You would think that if a person calls in advance for a specific part that they would know if they had it or not. I drove well over 150 miles round trip, paid my admission fee just to walk to the parts vehicles that were stripped bare. The guys in the front acted as if they were not thrilled at all to be there. Neither was I. It was a wasted trip that could have been prevented had they taken the time to see that they had already gotten rid of the parts I had inquired about. So all together I'd say that it was not worth the fuel I paid for to get there nor the time I wasted.

Not sure about the customer service, no one reached out to me, but it is a junkyard. I am not sure if they're supposed to be that hospitable. I didn't find what I needed but there's ALOT of diesel trucks here and parts.
