Troy made the process of buying my new car super easy and stress free! I wasn't even planning on looking at cars the day I dropped my boyfriend off to pick up the new truck he had ordered, but I saw one in the lot and decided I might as well test drive it while they were getting his truck ready for him to take. Next thing I know I'm signing the paperwork and we both got brand new vehicles the same day! If our salesman hadn't been so friendly and easy going I probably wouldn't have even considered going through with my purchase, but he never pressured me or made me feel like I had to go home with a vehicle. He just let me know that if I was interested, he would help. And he did! Will definitely go there for my future vehicles as well!

These guys were awesome! They showed up and worked on our truck a bit because the brake lines had ice and busted our drive shaft. The guy that showed (Toby) worked on it himself for about an hour then hauled it in. He knew what he was doing and he kept a humerous atmosphere even though it was 24 degrees. He got us in and out and he even dropped us off at a hotel! He saved us a lot!

Good service the shop guys were super sweet and answered my questions and fast. But the short guy with a beard at the front is a horrible person. He called the shop on speaker and spoke to him, no way a manager should ever speak to an employee. And basically made a scene to embarrass him. I give respect to the employee. He kept his cool and responded correct. I won’t come back cause I don’t agree with how the employees are treated. I won’t support that.

They are rude. Twice now I have tried to see if they had something I needed and they act like I'm annoying them by asking a question. Once my son and I went there and they were at the gate, I asked if he had a part and without even looking up the man said "No don't have it". Then I called and asked about a tire today and the man said "No" before I could even get all the numbers for the size of the tire out. I will go elsewhere.

Hard to find good natured smiling friendly people these days your staff is a good group
They replaced my windshield. While the competitor was going to charge $495 to re-calibrate my sensors, Auto Crafters were honest and said the sensors did not need re-calibration. They were 1/3rd the price of the competitor as well. I received fast, friendly, and professional service. I got my car back looking brand new.
