It was my 2nd time coming but my 1st time at this location. It's a little smaller than the other one we went to but the cars aren't as busted as the other one. The cars are alot nicer. I come here with my boyfriend because he likes doing this kind of stuff. Of course we came here on a day when it was raining really bad but we did find a few parts we needed for our cars. It's very cheap to get in it's only $2 a person they give you a bracelet to get in with the date on it & they also sell bottles of water when you come in the office.
Called them to ask if they still do car inspections, was told yes. I drove over, had no wait time. I was in and out in half hour. Great professional service.

GOT RIPPED OFF!!!!!! First time and last time I will ever go there. Before I went there,I called to ask what they were paying per pound for aluminum cans. I was told .45 cents per pound. I went there was treated very nice. After I had loaded 2 55 gallon bags of crush cans into the hopper, they realized that the machine was broken. This was after I had waited 45 minutes from the previous customer. One of the workers and I unloaded the 2 bags of crushed cans. They told me to bring the bags around to the front of the building where I could unload the bags into a rolling hopper, so I could get paid for my 11 bags of crushed cans. The worker weighed the empty hopper to know the empty weight. The I proceeded to empty all 11 bags into the hopper, which ended up being filled. The gentleman handed me the receipt and I went up to the window to get paid. After 1-1/2 hours!!!!! The cashier handed me cash, that I stuck in my pocket. When I got home, I took the cash out of my pocket and counted $68 and some change. Based on the dollar amount, that means that I had o lying 151 pounds. At my house, I had a half empty 55 gallon bag with crushed cans. I weighed it to see that, maybe I was getting weak or something. The half empty bag weighed 14 pounds. That means, that the 11 bags that I had turned in weighed at least 275 pounds. And that's 25 pounds per bag. Its my fault because I never got a receipt to check what they paid me. But they totally RIPPED ME OFF!!!!! I should have gotten at least $120.

I have been an automotive repair professional since 1983 purchasing used auto parts hundreds of times and the experience I had at Al's today was the best I have ever had! There are yards (very close by in fact...) where you dread to go in because of the attitude and indifference of the operators and the misrepresentation of part quality. That does not happen here. These folks not only know there inventory VERY well, but genuinely care about you getting the right part.I called for what I was looking for and was asked questions that made sure I got the right part that fit properly and solved my problem. Not only that, the price was excellent. In the future I hope to buy from them and they will defiantly be my first call. Besides, they're actually friendly.

This is the first business we called. They were so very helpful with our needs. We had 4 vehicles to get rid of and we were scheduled for pick-up promptly. The driver was so very nice and helpful. I don't have a long post, but I am so glad we found USA Salvage. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs that kind of service!

Beware, This is a scam company! I ordered a transmission, they said it only had “40kmi” after it was delivered I looked up the numbers on transmission and did not match with the vin# number they say it came out of. (This was verified by Subaru) Looked as if it had come out of a car with much higher mileage. Secondly the case had a crack in it and leaking oil… I returned promptly, they only gave 50% refund of purchase price, I’m Having to make a legal claim.
Love this place. Always have the best prices and friendly service.
Who can I contact to get one of the cars
Cash for junk cars mailbox was full and I couldn't leave a message, so I moved on to the next towing company in the list and they told me we can only come on certain days in a week at their convenience. After a couple seconds talking to them and I hung up "Cash for junk cars called me back so I was able to schedule a pickup on Saturday at a reasonable time. My driveway is in an alley way and most drivers would just give up, but the driver was extremely patient and pulled my donor car out even though it was missing the front suspension. He also helped me put my other car into the garage without complaining. During all of this he found out part of his towing equipment was stolen, but he managed. I gave him a decent tip that I can afford, but not enough to replace his stolen part and I also received a check on spot for my junk car, which I deposited right there with my phone instantly. I hope they stay positive, they deserve your business.
Friendly and very knowledgeable of vehicles in there yard. Great prices and location. I've donated quite a few cars here in my day.
