Traveled from Indiana to Wengers. Had found on internet item that I was needing called and contacted James. When we arrived were taken care of very quickly & loaded item was on are way.Was very impressed with the wide range of equipment both large & smaller. Stopped in having a issue with a vehicle I've been working on.. was very helpful and we definitely saw eye to eye to a lot of things with the issue I had.. also needed a part and he had one next day for less than half what other stores were asking.. if you drive a German vehicle and need help I'd recommend stopping in..

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced (we have the conversations on recording). I purchased a faulty ECM from them verified by the CAT dealership. The lady refused to do anything. If you are going to purchase from here, buy with caution. Bring your own testing equipment to location, do not get things shipped to you. I paid $75 to have it 2 day shipped. And got screwed on everything.

I purchased a car here today. We went to a few dealerships before and after this one. The car I bought is awesome. The price was slightly more than half of what another place up the road wanted for the same year and model of the one I bought except theirs was beat up and nowhere near as nice and had fewer upgrades. We told the owner about a few issues such as a missing spare tire cover and plastic clip for the license plate and he had both replaced before I picked up the car and even threw in a spare key and had it inspected and aligned and did an oil change. The inspection showed there was a brake problem and that also was fixed before I got it for no extra cost. I can't speak highly enough about this place. Definitely check them out. Amazing prices and an honest business as well. 5 stars all day!

No organization.Everything is Random even if the yard-map said that is organized.Customer service is missing.Won't go again.Won't recommend it unless you have weeks to learn the inventory.They can improve Yes.They should have a person driving you around even if they charge 10$ for the ride around the scrap yard, like a taxi service that will be very helpful for rush people.

Have a good variety of used parts. Jeep transfer case I just put fresh fluid in and it's still running smooth and quiet for a while now, body parts are what they say and great shape, fair prices too. Highly recommend for used auto parts.

I am a AAA member and last night around 10 pm my car would not start I just bought a new battery a week ago and every time I tried to start my car I could smell electric burning from under my hood. Had my father come to help try to jump the car this is now around 11 pm. called AAA and explained the situation they told me they would send someone to try and jump it and if they could not get it to start the towing company would then have one of there flatbeds come to get the car. Taylor shows up first thing he says is with a huff and puff I was just on my way home like I was inconveniencing him that is exactly how he made me feel! My father explained to him what was going on and he said he had to call the boss to see if he should go get the flat bed or not, Mind you we were about 10 min away from his garage and the car was being towed another 5 min away. He comes back and says the manager told him no leave the car sit overnight and they can tow it in the morning.... I have no problem with this but the fact that I pay LOTS OF MONEY for AAA. I called in a spoke to the "manager" who had lots of excuses. Taylor worked 14 hours Taylor did call he told him to say no. What should they have done. The car was in a safe area. THATS NOT THE POINT! I only got home at 1 am and had to get up at 5 am so I could make sure my car got towed!!! My dad was a mechanic all my life and worked longer hours and he never refused helping someone!!! First your tech pulls in having me feel like an inconvenience and then I have to hear the manager make excuses. I would have appreciated more if when AAA called them they said we can not do anything to help this person because AAA would have called intosomeone else! AAA roadside assistance is 24/7! The only good thing about this situation is the man who showed up this morning to tow he was very very nice/professional!!!! I will never ever suggest this company to anyone in need of help or use them myself if AAA suggest them that will be a NO! Also put a claim into AAA! 4 weeks of no trash service. I have called everyday for 3 weeks straight. I had to pay to take a truck full of trash after Christmas to another trash site. I was told I would not be charged however I still was. I have had neighbors call and complain about our trash. So every day it does not get picked up we have to bring it back up our driveway. I have called other trash companies and there not taking new clients. 😒 I am so frustrated and upset.
