“They towed our car after an accident. Came quickly and helped out. They did try to charge $200.00 to scrap my car and $200.00 for the tow which was a little upsetting consider people pay to take the junk cars. He seemed upset when I told him I was having it towed by someone else and then said he would charge us storage fees if we did not remove it He does have a business to run though. I did want it towed to my house but their was either no communication/miscommunication because instead of 2 miles it went 14 miles and I had to get it out right away or storage fees would have been charged hence the reason I wanted it to go to my house. My mother waited 2 hours for the car to be delivered to the house and he never showed. He did tell us later he wasn't told and also said he doesn't like to do that because he might not get payment but my insurance pays for my tow. All in all you can make your own decision.”
