Rege in the parts department was really helpful and made sure the parts I needed for my daughters car were in good shape and something I’d want. They even took the time to pull the parts and inspect them before selling them to me. His team did an excellent job wrapping the parts and shipping was very quick. I had an issue with my truck not starting recently after a day of hunting and needed a tow. The woman who answered the phone promptly on a Saturday was very friendly and helpful. Trevor arrived very quickly with the tow truck and he was very professional and friendly. The price was very reasonable as well for the service. Well organized, easy to get in and out, weighed and paid quickly, doesn't completely close for lunch making me wait in the parking lot till they finish. All around much better, faster and easier to deal with then the other two local scrap yards that I used to frequent regularly until Michael Bros moved in. Appreciate the convenience. Thanks

I was traveling in the area when I damaged a wheel on my car. They had the part on their website but they were closed for the weekend. Early Monday morning they informed me that they did not have the part. I explained that I was disappointed because I needed to get home and I could have been looking for other sources. They asked me "how long I have run a business" and hun up on me. Very rude! I gave them a week to respond to my email before posting this review to give them the benefit of it just being a bad morning but nothing...

Needed a wheel for my Jeep. Had one and was a very reasonable price. Ive bought wheels from Toll Gate in the past.. the 80s for my 78 Chevy Nova so i knew to go here. Mike was very helpful .. got the wheel in a couple minutes.

Called about taking my van there and the tires were brand new so I wanted to know if I could take them off but the person I talked to apparently couldn’t answer that question. He told me to call back on Monday so I did and he answered put me on hold them came back on the phone and said I told you to call back on Monday at 9 am very rudely and hung up when I was still trying to talk to him. Very unhappy with the customer service and definitely will not be using them or recommending them to anyone.

I had never been here before and even though they pay less than where I usually go I thought I'd give them a try. Very disappointed. Everything i had was in a bucket but I was told I had to park in a bay anyway. Then you pull up on the scale to get paid. The person in front of me was next to down below so I knew they were empty and getting paid so I puked up into the scale behind them. The guy there was rude and told me only one Jetson on the scans at a time. They should post signs stating what their wishes are instead of snapping at people. On top of that they have me #2 price for #1. This was my first and last time here.
They towed our car after an accident. Came quickly and helped out. They did try to charge $200.00 to scrap my car and $200.00 for the tow which was a little upsetting consider people pay to take the junk cars. He seemed upset when I told him I was having it towed by someone else and then said he would charge us storage fees if we did not remove it He does have a business to run though. I did want it towed to my house but their was either no communication/miscommunication because instead of 2 miles it went 14 miles and I had to get it out right away or storage fees would have been charged hence the reason I wanted it to go to my house. My mother waited 2 hours for the car to be delivered to the house and he never showed. He did tell us later he wasn't told and also said he doesn't like to do that because he might not get payment but my insurance pays for my tow. All in all you can make your own decision.

The management and staff of the Adamsburg Copart are outstanding. They take the time to fully explain how the auction process works. This company has many rules and regulations but all you have to do is ask and the staff at this location and they are more than willing to take the time nessecary to explain things to you. This is a great group of people!
