I have not been in that store for many years and it really went down hill. The place was dirty and not well organized. The staff was moderately helpful and not overly friendly. There was only one guy at the counter and he waited on two customers in-between getting my order complete. They had the parts that I wanted, which I suppose is the most important thing. Beyond that, I was not impressed. I'd go back only if I could not find the parts I need elsewhere.I went back a second time. The staff has gone from moderately helpful to totally incompetent. I called ahead to make sure they had the parts I needed. After I got there they told me they were in the computer but not in the back. I had asked on the same call if they had another product, they told me they did not, yet while I was in the store...it was there. Of course I didn't make the purchase because I am not giving them any of my business. But it is another example of how poorly the staff and inventory management are performing. So I walked away empty-handed. Totally disappointing. Cannot recommend ever shopping at A&A Auto parts. It is a shame because that used to be my go-to place.

It was cheaper to buy brand new parts then what he wanted for parts on a junk car. What they are worth to him and what they are worth in the real world are two different things.

Cheap prices for what I got. But it’s a popular yard so everything was picked over. They gave me a ticket of where my cars were which was EXTREMELY helpful. Nice employees too. Would go again!

If I could have left zero stars I would have! I definitely do not recommend them. They are crooks. I live in Alabama, my transmission went out and I needed to get one. I couldn’t afford a brand new one (being a single mom you gotta get what you can afford). I found one at this location and the price fit my budget! I contacted them because they had one that I needed ( couldn’t find one locally). They sent me a transmission but it was the wrong one. A couple days later they sent the same exact one again. Then a month and a half later they sent the right one but the pan was full of gears and I couldn’t use it! They have since picked up the transmission but still refuse to issue a refund. I have called several times and they never answer. When I call from a different number or block my number they answer and keep telling me the accountant is not in. Today when I called I ask for the owner and I get told he isn’t in he is at an auction. At an auction really!?!?!? You have money to go to an auction but not to refund my money. I know doing this review isn’t going to change the fact that they are crooks but I am also filing a complaint with the BBB even though they are not accredited with them. I guess that would make since if this is the kind of business they do. Sorry it’s so long but wanted to let everyone know to be careful with these people

Do not go here they required id just becuase i *looked* too young but i came in for business. The women gave me attitude about not having id even though i was with someone who had id and they got in. Came in to buy an engine and give them business, NEVER ASKED MY GRANDFATHER FOR ID i have alot of people i would have refered this place to but now they took a fat L on loosing me.

If you can pull your own parts this is the place to go. Lots of parts and fair prices.
Anything you need you can find at Bonner Salvage yard. The owners are awesome people.
