The tires were flat, the front wheel was frozen, the engine wouldn't start & his tow truck wouldn't fit in the narrow driveway... That didn't stop him! Very professional company I filled out everything on line someone called me within 5mins. And the guy over the phone asked a few questions I answered them and he stated he would send a truck I received exactly what they said they would pay. Truck driver was very professional as well.
Had a great experience. They came out right when they said that they would and took my car and gave me a great cash price. It was broken down and I had no other options for this vehicle so this is a huge relief off my back!

Seemed like a decent place when I called yesterday for some parts spoke to a nice women over the phone fender $75 and a passenger marker light $30 !!Showed up today a bald headed gentleman at the counter quoted $175 for the fender and $35 for the marker light? I was hustled for sure and didn’t appreciate that since it was allready quoted by Sam well they will crush that car anyway, it’s bad business my friend u have a lot of good reviews that’s why I showed up and it seemed the prices where reasonable when I spoke to Sam over the phone… u didn’t even have the decency to confirm this with Sam u just gave it to me up the wasool.I only bought marker lights and had to pass on that fender because you’re nuts I won’t pay youre price. Go ahead and don’t help me out and honor a quoted price from a fellow owner / worker crush that car with the fender who cares let this review haunt you forever.

When I tell you after driving around all day trynna find this tire.. BAYYYBEEEE Nice Guy auto had everything I needed. Tire and Rim 💪🏼 basically brand new !!! Very professional and texted me back immediately with the information as soon as he was able to let me know whether or not he had the parts I needed. When that say mechanics are dirty (messy) this ain’t that case here. He has a porta potty and it cleaner than some places inside bathrooms. Owner is very polite and professional

Yesterday they came and picked up my 2001 Tahoe and gave me over $500 bucks. The Woman that took my information was very professional.
