“This is the one of many times i could have written a review to this place. But enough is enough. Was just at this place, the reps are all poorly educated. They have no sense of what it is to give customer service, and this is coming from someone that has and runs a business that deals with a multitude of customers daily. But how can anyone think it is acceptable to get a receipt thrown to you because you are not the sales rep that took the original order. I know they may work off commission but you would think that you would treat customers better, as the better you treat them the more they come back to you. I have been coming to this place for your years, but enough is enough. I saw reviews and see how they been pleasant, but every time, and i mean every time, i go or send anyone of my staff it is always an issue. I have been a witness to many interactions of other customers and the staff and they are just horrible. Its a shame i have to give it a star, because this place does not deserve one at all.”
