Had a wonderful experience. Pete was great. I asked him to check something out on my car, nothing to do with the car we dropped off for rear end repairs, walked right out and got dirty and was just generally a great guy. I called him back for a replacement part for my car, he said come on over he would have it ready for me. He pulled it out and cleaned it up and boom I was in and out. I would start there for any used parts in the future and would go nowhere else for any bodywork I needed in the future.

Absolutely terrible! I called the day before to make sure the part, I asked to make sure the part was in great condition and the paint as it was a code A 00. They said it was all great so i make the 3 hour drive just for the part has scratched that you can see the metal no more paint in multiple spots it’s not hard to miss. And on top of that when i go to bring it up to the worker at the desk named joey he has an attitude and says they don’t care they’ll sell it to another customer because it’s perfect condition. Terrible customer service would not recommend this place even if i was getting paid!

These guys saved me like $800 for a head unit in my vehicle. I looked on ebay and multple sellings wanted around $1,000 used. I called Al's and got the same part for $165 plus tax. With a hundred day warranty.

Needed a new OEM radio/nav for my Subaru Legacy, apparently all new Subaru radios touch screen can experience delamination of digitizer. Which results in an in operative touch screen. searched online called to verify they had it driven right thyere got it the cheapest around.. Works perfect fit perfect was already pulled and has a 100 day warranty! Thanks

I had an incredibly great experience with Al's. There phone service was great, perfectly helped identify what transmission I needed, told me when they will be able to take it out and will call me. They kept their word and called me exactly as they said they would and drove to pick up the transmission and was impressed with the overall operation of their facility. I had a great experience with Al's and certainly will return.

If you need a part same day, go elsewhere. Waited 2 days for a part and ended up going elsewhere. Rude customer service folk as well. Will never try to get a part here again and would recommend the same to anyone else.

This place has great parts and warranty never had an issue with their parts, but my biggest issue are most of the guys at the counter. You can give the up most respect and they just have an attitude all of the time and it's ridiculous seriously, i dont know if the owner cares or not but if you're dayvis bad cause of someone else don't take it out of people that are being respectful to you that's a good way to lose good customers. Again great realible parts, customer services skills need to be improved or better yet don't have grumpy old dudes working for you

I just had a 109K miles damaged motor replaced in my Nissan Quest van along with other front suspension items installed. I didn't want to give up on, or junk my van for it is in still in excellent shape otherwise and the price of new and used vehicles are insane. Tim Narr their Service Manager was most helpful finding a 46K miles motor to replace my original damaged motor and keeping me updated on their progress. Their mechanics did a beautiful - seamless installation, it runs like new and they truly saved my vehicle. I realize it is not a new or rebuilt motor but there is NO comparison between Al's Auto and what other shops and Nissan dealerships were quoting me for the engine repair. THANK YOU Al's for an honest reasonably priced job and for the tremendous savings compared to others. It feels amazing to have my van back on the road again.

This junk yard is huge and had a very vast inventory, parking is a little limited but not bad at all. I call ahead looking for a wheel they said it's ready for pick up right away. Once I got there they pulled the part in a few minutes. Service was great and the price is the best around. By the way the part was in pretty good shape. Great experience.

Parts are always damaged and staff will black list you for requesting them to take more care on the next order. 3 years later (today) I called them to order a part and was told that I can not shop there. As if I did something wrong. Image that... 3 yrs ago they sold me 2 parts as a 000 damage code condition payable by check. But they delivered a hood and a door with feet long gauges down to the metal and suddenly required "cash only". I rejected the parts and so they rejected my business forever is would seem. I would always suggest shopping here as an absolute last resort if you can. Today I felt insulted enough to share this with the public. I wish only to do business and enjoy my time doing that. These petty grudges only serve to show me that I can not do good business here with them. For myself, there obviously is no reason for me to find parts here so I wont be shopping at Al's junky junk yard ever again.

Unfortunately this lousy secretary is also the manager, which she’s known for blocking people account and putting them on restrictions with no possibilities of correction. She treat customers like they committed a crime. She is inconsiderate, she do not own up to her own mistakes , it’s even worse if you are a person of color. It’s just might be best for the investors and share holders to review her policies and what’s best for the company. I know a few people personally that’s has the same complaints. Just an example how many time have you send down wrong parts and damage parts ? But we work with you and totally understand that things happen. In her world their is no room for correction .

The engine they installed in my truck works great it runs better than the original. I do have one concern the electrical system started a slow decline till even the key fobs stopped working. They towed in in yesterday will update my review once I see how this is handled. Update they fixed it got me new programed keys and Tim in service rocks. Highly recommend them
