The yard isn't super big but they have alot to choose from and it's nicely organized, staff was great and prices were much less than I was expecting to pay...and it's a rare 'you pull it' lot.

I’ve never had a more frustrating and infuriating experience with a company in my life. LKQ Penn-Mar Inc. has sent three faulty transmissions to my dealer, each one being completely unusable. As a result, I’ve been without a car for over two months — and counting! What makes this whole situation even worse is the appalling lack of customer service and empathy. When I reached out to the supervisor for help, I was met with rudeness and a condescending attitude. Not only did they completely dismiss my concerns, but their tone was incredibly disrespectful. It's as if they couldn't care less about the mess they’ve created for me and the complete inconvenience I’ve been subjected to. I honestly can't believe a company like this is still in business. If you value your time, money, and sanity, DO NOT trust LKQ Penn-Mar Inc. They’ve put me in an impossible situation and clearly have no interest in making things right. I wouldn't wish this kind of treatment on anyone.
I would do a zero instead of 1 if I could. My husband talked to an older lady about a transfer case. Told her the year make and model also said it was a manual. Got the transfer case just to find out we were given 1 for an automatic transmission so it wouldn't work. Took it back and the owner wouldn't give us our money back for the workers mistake not even our mistake. NEVER WILL WE GO HERE!!! The owner looked at us and said "what do you want me to do we don't give money back for anything" so unprofessional.
