I would do a zero instead of 1 if I could. My husband talked to an older lady about a transfer case. Told her the year make and model also said it was a manual. Got the transfer case just to find out we were given 1 for an automatic transmission so it wouldn't work. Took it back and the owner wouldn't give us our money back for the workers mistake not even our mistake. NEVER WILL WE GO HERE!!! The owner looked at us and said "what do you want me to do we don't give money back for anything" so unprofessional.

Wanted me to pay them for the part, then wait for the parts for how ever long they take which she claimed 3-5 days lol, Not happening. Rude and unprofessional business. She then said they don't have the parts they are not selling me it because I refused to Pay Them First before the part was available to take. Called back she claims I hung up on her which is a lie, so The 2nd call YES I HUNG UP ON HER. . THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL. I also have the police report from several years back when they sold me a Transmission that took over a week to get from them and wouldn't take it back when it was a Blown Transmission. BEWARE SHADY BUSINESSES I also have video of the interaction when I tried to return it for my money.

If I could give 0 stars I would, my husband and I went in there looking for tires and first on the phone the lady was rude and sounded miserable, second we waited a while till finally they called my husband over and said they had tires but both were different . Overpricing is a problem there!!! Those tires were not acceptable and tried charging a arm and a leg! If you plan on going there, DONT ! They were charging so much cause we had a flat in there parking lot and they were taking advantage of us and it was obvious
