    The prices are very reasonable and customer service is outstanding. The saleswoman who I believe was Alisha is very knowledgeable, friendly, and fast.     They seemed to be trying hard but either they don't have, use or respect the interchange manuals as I received an old Caravan engine to install in a Promaster. It didn't work for differences in the temp sensor, 2 stage oil pump and other differences. I Installed, diag. on faults, removed and returned. I was happy to receive the refund but it was a major waste of time. The pic represents my experience.

    I spoke to Scott on the phone about a hood. He gave me a price and said it was in good condition, no damage. I went to the Northeast Auto Recycling and there was a guy sitting in a car. He got out and questioned why I was there and was extremely confused when I told him I was there to buy parts. I proceeded to tell him about my conversation with Scott. He was very upset that I was there but showed me where the car was. When we got to the car, I pointed out some damage and asked if he would take a lower price because of the damage. He told me no, whatever Scott said was the price and just walked away and went back to his car without saying anything else. They were extremely unorganized and unprofessional and didn't seem like they want any business, so I'd recommend finding somewhere else that wants your business.
