I can't recommend Carl & the team at Belleville Auto Repair & Salvage enough! I was in town for a quick visit and my car wouldn't start when I was trying to get out of town. Carl helped get my car to his shop and his team did everything they could to help me out. They kept me updated constantly and made sure what they were doing made sense for me - at one point, we decided to just get the car started so I could get home since it turned out to be a large problem that would take a lot of time and money to fix. They are good people and do right by their customers. When we finally accepted that the car needed to be towed home they went above and beyond to make sure I also had a way to get home safely. It was a real comfort knowing they were working on my car and wouldn't hustle me when I was stranded so far from home. A big shout out and thank you to Kim, Bob, Jesse, the whole team. They're the absolute best.

Don was incredibly helpful in getting me and my Buick back on the road. I'd been looking for a place for several months that wouldn't overcharge me to replace parts after a minor accident. The shop did a wonderful job, my car looks great, and I couldn't be happier. Definitely will be returning for any future repairs.

Made me feel like I was wasting their time. They couldn't be bothered to let me sort a few pieces of aluminum from the steel. I had to go completely on faith of the weight of metal I brought. Feel like I've been scammed.

Owner is very fair for prices. He works alone but you will get a great deal if he has it. If not he will help you locate what you are looking for and steer you in the right direction where to get it. Been doing business with him well over 10 years
Purchased a transmission from them....was told it worked. When I got it home, it turned out it did not. I called them and told them it did not work, they asked to have it shipped back to them...I did not want to make a second trip to take it back, since it is quite a distance from my home. I did ship it back and they found that it in fact did not work. They refunded my purchase price, plus the cost of shipping it back.
