I decided to buy an 8 pack of visits after visiting a few times. The person I spoke with on the phone said I was buying 8 visits and that since the month was already a week or so in, the amount would be prorated. I thought I was making a one time purchase of 8 visits, not a reoccurring charge every month for 8 visits! There was no mention of reoccurring charges over the phone. I personally work for a company that does reoccurring charges so I know how it all works. I was definitely misled in my purchase. The card it was charged to was an emergency card and I didn’t know it was continuing to be billed until I received a call saying my payment wouldn’t go through! I am very displeased with the way it was handled when I called. Even after I explained the situation and explained I haven’t been in months, they still said no refund was possible. This definitely needs to be made right and the people who sell the memberships/packages over the phone need to be straightforward about the reoccurring charges!

Called on a Friday to see if they would buy my truck. I told them all that was wrong with it and they quoted me $550. I even repeated the amount back and they agreed. Came to pick it up, loaded it and then wanted to only give me $150 and refused to honor what I was quoted. Immediately had then drop it off the truck and got a better offer elsewhere.

Super super nice people and great Republicans as well witch means they care for your feelings although they do keep a Democrat in the back closet for them other ones that come in that wants to complain about everything .. Lol
Give him a call. He is NEVER open. Has not had a new car in his shop for months maybe over a year. Can’t even pick up the phone !!
