    During heavy construction on 20 eastbound I blew a front steering tire which drove me directly into the concrete barriers AJ and JR‘s towing was quick to respond. During the confusion and frustration I gave them the wrong exit number these guys are so professional and been doing it for so long they had no problem finding me even though I gave him the wrong location and got my truck over to my mechanic.     Appreciate the golf carts for rent. Wish they had more to rent since they are scarce. Otherwise it would be a 5 star.The yard is kept clear, clean and well organized.     The staff is helpful and totally relatable. They've explained all the details we were unsure of, unloaded my haul for me, and are super kind and polite to my 3 year old daughter. Currently she says it's her favorite place to go. They usually move pretty quick, even when crowded, and they give better prices then some other places we've used lately. Will always be our go to for all our money making recycling.

    Horrible customer service... I spoke with a guy who low balled me... Then i gave him a counter offer... He then stated he had to check with his brother that he would call me back in 5 min... Well he did not call me back instead he messaged me with a offer of 10$ more.... So i messaged back with a offer of 10$ above that.... I was losing on this as it is.... So i waited 10 min. Then responded and said if i do your offer can you pick up today? He messages back and says we will try thatwas the last i heard from him... I ended up going to u pull it to scrap my car and received 70$ more then what he offered..
