Most of the parts show up damaged. Customer service is garbage. Bad attitudes. Drivers skip drop offs. Expect to be put on hold multiple times while placing an order. Forget buying used parts their prices are just as much as oem. Complained multiple times about quality and service to the manager Frank. Frank decided it was a good idea to tell me to buy parts elsewhere so that’s what I do now.. I won’t use keystone unless I absolutely have to. KSI is my first choice for aftermarket parts now.

Ordered a hood for a Bentley and received the wrong one and now no reply. I submitted photos as well as details in regards to the options to insure I would get the correct parts. Then, after a month had gone by of waiting for the hood to show up it was the wrong part, and no reply.

Big kids play store. If you can look at their website for vehicle updates and prices and don't mind getting dirty for the parts you need this place is great. The one thing I don't like is they charge for each everything. Instead of charging you for a seat assembly they will charge you for a seat, nuts, bolts, motor, track, everything!
