Called this morning and was assisted with setting up an appointment over the phone by a very nice young lady. Less than an hour later, two friendly gentlemen arrived and quickly and efficiently took out two large (and very heavy) pieces of furniture I no longer wanted. This place is the biggest rip off.This place rips you off. They do not care, trust me on this. I know metals I’ve been doing it for a very long time. And they are ripping you off. Also the only time the $$ is close to being correct is when the lady IS NOT working. She’s always making mistakes. But after 6 times it’s not a mistake , it’s intentional. The men that work there are no better,(example - I pull in and I’m not getting any help so I walk up to the cashier window and see a younger guy in the office with the older lady, pretty sure I interrupted them because they immediately separated FAST. The guy puts all of my aluminum on the scale together instead of separating the aluminums.They are supposed to separate the aluminums forthe customers benefit. The Point is , the guy was more interested in getting back in he office with her instead of doing the job correctly. The old man ( owner ), probably isn’t aware of what’s going on at his business. If he was aware of the office habits I’m sure it would stop.
We are sorry Paul that u and your mother felt taken advantage of. We are definitely not in the business since around 1960, to take advantage of folks. We did exactly what your mom asked for, however the vehicle still needed further repairs, causing false alarm activation. Your mom was shown a video about it, and shown on the computer hard fault codes in the vehicle. We did our absolute best to explain thoroughly. You were given a full refund, on parts and labor. So, im definitely not sure how u could say we take advantage of folks. Your not the victim. If anyone lost, it would by far be us. No hard feelings! God Bless!!!

Worst experience I've ever had. Total rip off. Ripped us off almost 200 bucks we know for a fact. Rude, very crammed and no space to even drive or move around. Highly suggest going anywhere but there!!!
Today, 12/6/21, is the 6th day without service.Despite numerous calls, emails, etc, NO ONE HAS COME TO PICK UP MY TRASHI have a home security system that videos everything around my house.Your worthless drivers havent even attempted to pick up my trash.Not only that, but they lied to you and claimed that they did.Now, your CSR reps have gotten NOTHING accomplished, a bunch of empty promises, bad attitudes, and a general lack of care. We are a family of 5 that pays for two containers. I also pay my invoices months in advance, you literally already have my next 4 months worth of payments in house and yet you STILL refuse to do what I pay you to do.When I pay money for something (you guys arent cheap) I EXPECT it to happen. Not be told that I have done something wrong. My cans havent left the road since last Wednesdays scheduled pick up....that has yet to happen.It is now to the point that if you do NOT pick up my trash tomorrow, I am going to have to rent a dumpster or truck in order to haul it off.In the event that either of the above happens, I will send you the invoice for either, along with a demand letter due to violation of contract.Services: Junk removal, Yard debris removal
