Well to anyone whom thinks the scales are rigged at mintz you are absolutely wrong. Did a great job with washing, waxing, and vacuuming my car, but they missed dirt on the bottom of some of My doors and when I showed the guy the dirt he said "that's paint" MY CAR IS RED AND THE DIRT WAS BROWN. He also claimed he'd scratch the car if he tried to get it off. After pulling a Karen (not screaming like a banshee) and speaking with the manager, he was able to easily remove the dirt without scratching my car.

Our business has been dealing with Copart for over 4 years and this has been the most disappointing location. I have tried calling just to get a couple titles mailed out to me for a couple of cars that were purchased, but no one wants to answer the phone. I have tried two days in a row.

Smith motors sold me a bad transmission, after I had to pay labor to a mechanic to pull my old transmission out to put in this one and then to pull that one back out. Being that I wouldn’t have my car to drive I went ahead and left my car with the mechanic to just repair my old transmission. Smith motors refused to give me a full refund on the bad part that they sold me. They offered a replacement transmission which I did not need anymore, The only other option they offered was a 25% return fee on the broken part they gave me. They sold me a bad part waste my time and my money and come out $135 positive...
