Very organized and easy to work with, Had my parents go out to get the parts I needed to repair a vehicle and my parents were very impressed with the facility they have grown into. The facility had multiple people helping load the parts up(even the owner lent a helping hand). They also took time out to give my parents a quick tour of their facility! I called at 9 am to ask about a part. They told me the had the entire air cleaner system which would contain the part I need for 30 bucks. I thought good price for the whole thing so ya and told them I would arrive to pick it up at 3:30. I arrived and had to wait 30 min for them to go get the part. When it finally came in it was missing the seal from the part I needed. They were nice folks but it was a waste of my time and gas to drive all the way out to there place. It would have been nice if they could have actually looked at the part before trying to sell it to me.
