The office staff is incredibly sweet and professional, and the guys who came to complete the job were quick and efficient. Everyone treated us extremely well, and made quick work out of a job I had been dreading for months. I thought it would take hours to complete, but the guys had it done in a manner of minutes!! I needed to get a vehicle towed, I was given Mr. Williamson business. Mr. Williamson and I talked on the phone about where the vehicle was located. We set a time and Mr. Williamson was there to get the vehicle. Mr. Williamson explain in detail the price. I was worried that he couldn’t get the vehicle because it was stuck in the mud but he was able to get it out and put it on his tow truck. He was professional and knowledgeable on what he was doing. It appeared that they had enough cars and trucks to have any parts you may need. The employees nwere nice and mostly helpful. The hours of business were great. You can go 7 days a week to find what you need.
Sign says 7 days a week 8am-6pm. Gates locked no entry. Second time trying to come by. Never seen a pick a part with this poor management of just staying open. Give it to someone who’s actually going to run it.

If your going to close at 1:00 you need to change your time on Google we drove 22 miles to get here to find out your closed. This is poor management on your part. I hope this review helps other people that think your open till 4:00 on Saturday so they don't drive all the way out there to find the gates closed.
