I needed to get a vehicle towed, I was given Mr. Williamson business. Mr. Williamson and I talked on the phone about where the vehicle was located. We set a time and Mr. Williamson was there to get the vehicle. Mr. Williamson explain in detail the price. I was worried that he couldn’t get the vehicle because it was stuck in the mud but he was able to get it out and put it on his tow truck. He was professional and knowledgeable on what he was doing. So as a customer you cannot see your load weight before and after; Sketchy. I’ve brought several different types of metal here but seem to be all listed as Tin @ 35 cents; Sketchy. Most scrap yards have assistance, but this one tells you they can’t help unload. I’m a disabled veteran and it’s hard for us to ask for help. But when we do we really need it. I shouldn’t need to beg when 2 able attendants are standing around. I won’t be going back, if this place is really run by Montgomery county it’s shameful.

Sign says 7 days a week 8am-6pm. Gates locked no entry. Second time trying to come by. Never seen a pick a part with this poor management of just staying open. Give it to someone who’s actually going to run it.
