After 12 hours driving from Florida to Greeneville TN in a loaded 26ft U-Haul turned in our new homes driveway just to bottom out the truck and got stuck. This auto parts store as a kid I grew up visiting the local NAPA store in my home town always friendly staff and remembering back we always perchest something even if thay had to order what we wanted. If I need a auto part, tool ,are advise thay have always had are ordered what I needed and fulfilled on are before time given , also most say if thay can are, do not have what I was looking for thay would tell me who I could go to too full fill my needs. I've been in there stores from coast of mertal beach SC, to salt lake city working on the road Heating AC & Refregaration I've had emergency s been broken down, projects I've worked on rebuilding amercon muscle cars of choce NAPA has always answered and pulled me threw some thought times, Thank all of you who work and support Napa auto parts!!! I usually don't write reviews, but my experience with Meyer's was fantastic and wanted to give them the credit they deserve.My transmission in my 1995 Nissan Pickup blew, and I was getting nothing but very high quotes for replacements. I did my research on the job, and decided to go for it myself. Brian who answered the phone, immediately asked me questions about exactly which transmission I had to ensure the one he had is the one I need. Apparently Nissan redesigned the transmission half way through 1995, and luckily Brian knew this. He ended up having a transmission for me, he was patient and polite while I made my decision even with credit card troubles, and shipped it to me as fast as he could.It arrived absolutely spotless. The job was more difficult than I predicted, but I completed it and my truck is driving wonderfully. I wish they were down the street from me, and I highly recommend their services whether you are in or out of state. Thank you again!

I'll give 3 stars for the simple fact that they USUALLY have the parts I need , notice the emphasis on usually. However, getting the employees there to do their job seems to be a problem at least from what I can tell. I've seen the manager or owner or whatever he is , tell his guys ' I need you to go down and get this or that part "and they look at him with a blank stare and then continue on with their conversation as if he hasn't even said anything to them. so as far as that goes, I would fire every one of them and start with an entire new crew. Pay raises night be required but it would be worth it if they actually did their job.
