I have never left a review for a company in my life, but this company desires it. Mrs. Michelle is hands down the nicest lady I have ever met. this is by far the best auto salvage yard I've ever walked into. I drove from Charleston SC, to European Auto Salvage, TWICE, (12 hour round trip) and if they had a part I needed I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. The customer service is unmatched. I highly encourage anyone to give this lot a call and see what they can do for you. I cannot speak highly enough for Mrs. Michelle and what she does.

I brought a 53' dry van in here to load. It's really really tight. If your not confident in your backing don't even bother. But. The staff. Their all amazing people. 5 stars isn't enough for their courtesy. I'd be happy to come back. Just dread the backing of it 🤣

Will not deal with these people again i drove dang near 40 miles to get a transfer case for my 94 f150 after i called them and they said they had it i told them i was on my way they said ok i got there to get it and they claim they just sold it ......dont know how they are in business.....

People are very nice. Grounds are very clean and organized by rows. Make sure to bring every tool you will need because they don't loan or sale any tools. Not a bad idea to bring a battery powered saws all too. They also have a good selection of used tires mounted and not mounted.

Employees are cool. They have lots of inventory. The pricing structure is strange and can very widely for the same part, sometimes the nicer part can be way cheaper then a beat up part. But it's a great option for late model parts that pull a part doesn't have and you can't wait for ebay delivery.

Great customer service. I called on Saturday to get the car picked up. He told me it would be Monday. They called to let me know where we were on the list and approximate time. The driver called letting us know he was on way. He arrived arrived was courteous and friendly. It was a simple transaction with the money quoted given to us originally. I recommend them for a junk car removal. My neighbor called them immediately for a car removal due to the customer service and price given to us. Great experience all the way around.

This place deserves a lot more stars than what they will let me give. The guy down there went above and beyond to help me figure out what I needed. This was my 2nd time going to pick a part with my brother in law. If you have a lot of free time, this is like a playground for adults. They have what seems like over a thousand vehicles. I did find 3 of the 6 items I came for. But I didn't bring enough tools. Sometimes you meet others who will let you borrow a tool 🔧you need. I can't wait until my next trip 🤗. And it is such good exorcize. And they are very reasonably priced.

While I was looking for a company to buy my old vehicle, I called these guys. The gentleman on the phone was pleasant to talk to, professional, and confident in himself. He offered me a fair price on my vehicle, we agreed, and he told me his guy that normally sets up pickup times with their drivers is currently sick, so they had someone filling in and that guy would give me a call shortly. No problem. By the end of the next day, no call. So I call to follow up the Friday of that week, and he said I would receive a call by the end of the day. No call. I give him the weekend, call back on Monday, remind him of who I am, and I was told his regular guy is back and the last guy just wasn't doing his job. It is now the following Monday and I have sold the vehicle because his regular guy didn't call me either. They just won't do their job, and that's what the owner told me. Wish it would have worked out better.
