They always get the job done and answer your questions...price can be reasonable if u buy your own parts. They are nice and knowledgeable and they can see what's wrong with ur car for a low price. I kept having to call about my car because they kept telling me exact days when they was going to look at it but didn't. Other that even tho they said they was backed up, when they finally got to my car they got the job done sooner than they thought.
I brought a 53' dry van in here to load. It's really really tight. If your not confident in your backing don't even bother. But. The staff. Their all amazing people. 5 stars isn't enough for their courtesy. I'd be happy to come back. Just dread the backing of it 🤣

He told me it would be 5 work days and I can come on the next Monday and get my money . Plus they are rude if you ask before about when you can get the money on copper. I won't go back and I will make sure I won't be back

I ordered a heated and cooled leather seat for a Cadillac only to find it sitting in the rain with other seats. Not only was it soaked but it looks like who ever pulled it just yanked the connectors out leaving it useless. Another customer who was picking up a seat he ordered was equally appalled by what we saw. I’ll never pay for a part sight unseen again.
I called Junk Car Mafia 11:30 a.m. on a Saturday and by 1:30 p.m. they gave me a courtesy call and was picking up the truck. Was very professional paid me cash. And The vehicle was out of the driveway. I don't see where all these negative reviews are from. Could be from competitors. I really don't know Reading them. I was kind of skeptical of contacting them but I'm glad I did. Thank you Highly recommended

But other than that they have a wide variety of cars to pull parts off of and they have always been more than fair on the prices. If you are in need of a part and don't mind getting dirty yourself. Working with TAS was great, however. They were easy to reach and Sandy was great to work with. They offered a fair price for my car with a same day pickup. They suited my schedule too. The driver was efficient and polite. The pickup took less than 10 minutes. Don't wish anyone to need to junk their cars, but I'd highly recommend contacting TAS if you are in that situation.

The gentleman on the phone was pleasant to talk to, professional, and confident in himself. He offered me a fair price on my vehicle, we agreed, and he told me his guy that normally sets up pickup times with their drivers is currently sick, so they had someone filling in and that guy would give me a call shortly. No problem. By the end of the next day, no call. So I call to follow up the Friday of that week, and he said I would receive a call by the end of the day. No call. I give him the weekend, call back on Monday, remind him of who I am, and I was told his regular guy is back and the last guy just wasn't doing his job. It is now the following Monday and I have sold the vehicle because his regular guy didn't call me either. They just won't do their job, and that's what the owner told me. Wish it would have worked out better.
