I called these people and was told that they don't do Ebay any more. I asked if their items would fit my model & year vehicle, since that detail was not included in their items I saw listed on Ebay. That question was not responded to. I was told that they could not ship the tail light lenses to me. I told them that I have had many used auto parts shipped to me from many salvage yards all over the U.S. & most never sold on Ebay. She just said they couldn't do it. I said,"Oh well, I guess you're just not that interested in selling your parts." She just didn't seem to care. WHAT A WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!!

After spending all morning pulling parts, the guy behind the counter tried to double charge me the price that was listed on the website. Then told me to put them in the trash if I wasn’t going to pay that price. I did throw the parts in the trash. Then when I try to talk to someone on the phone they kept putting me on hold and no one ever answers. My mistake for not going to pull apart.

I called and was given prices of parts (Fusion - Door RS $175, Door rear RS $100, front fender RS $100); however, Chuck tried to take advantage of me. He stated the door was $450 for the front and another outrageous price for the rear door. I am not a fool, so I took my business somewhere else.

BEWARE!!!!!!! RIP OFF WARNING!!!!!Yesterday I took 3 clean alluminum rims to J&D & got $0.63 a pound. Today I took 7 absolutely spotless clean alluminum rims here to Worley Bros on Thomas & got $0.25 a pound! I told the extremely rude cashier & he said that's what they pay period! I told him I want my rims back & he said it's too late! Do not go here!!!!!

They spoke rudely and disrespectfully.If I want the part to be taken back, I have to pay for the shipping again and then they will return only the price of the part. This is a place I hate to go to but I'm there multiple times a week.If they got what you looking for go. Be careful they stack that cars horribly (if you even need to peek your head under to look sure up the frame with some wheels) and charge a crazy warranty free if you forget to tell them you don't want it. Most of the staff is cool, it's one of those is what it is places. A management change happened and they now have to track on free for everything they can
