sure, yea he picked up and answered my question, but dang, really must hate his job because he acted like me asking about a chevy bumper cover was the biggest inconvenience and as if it wasn't his job to answer the phone. Said don't have it, bye, and hung up in a swift breath and the same sentencemaybe if you had a real website and not a forsaken Facebook page, I wouldn't even have had to call lolhaven't been there and haven't found nything I've need there before, but homeboys don't seem happy to be there and surely not happy to help. mostly happy to help you hang up faster it seemed.

ADD 3/21: Still my go-to parts shop. They know, if not moving forward even the most pristine waters stagnate. Changes to web presence, with an obvious end goal; club growth, incentives...and most mind blowing? They now have pull service available! Not your grandpa's junk car yard. ADD end. This place is wonderful! A very wide selection. They get picked through of course, but the stock rotates enough that you'll probably find what you want unless you're driving some obscure vehicle that didn't sell well at production. The staff is friendly and helpful...which isn't always the case at salvage lots. I'm making trips at least twice a month now...and regret it took me so long to discover them (knew about the competitor, and we'll, they're all ready forgotten). Prices range from great to a little better than a parts store but they never gouge you. The only thing is that they could have a little better signage pointing you in the right direction as to where you want to start looking for your car. As it is they write the row numbers on the first car of each row (most of the time). If you're new, you might miss that in the beginning. They have such a large inventory you're going to want to get there with plenty of time to find the vehicle you need. Wheelbarrows and golf carts available for people who want them. That's a lot of words, but they deserve it!

Parts are overpriced. They are not allowing anyone to use wheelbarrows to bring tools in or parts and tools out to your vehicle. That is the reason I don't buy much from them it's too hard to get parts from the checkout line to your vehicle. Also very unfriendly service they offer no help at all. Rude service

Went here to get an engine for my E36 BMW and had contacted them to see if they had the engine I needed. The owner helped me out in finding a low mileage one and got the engine and everything I needed out for me to pick up. Although I came there the day I called (which the motor wasn't out yet and had to wait till the next day to pick it up). He and the workers there made sure everything was ready for me and help load it to my buddy's vehicle to transport.Though this review is long overdue (I forgotten the name until my friend had a picture of me buying the motor with there name showing).I will shop with them again.

I was brushed off and not respected as a valued customer. I had a simple question, see if they had part I was looking for and he didn't give me the time of day, nor did he care, he actually referred me to O'reilly's , & Auto zone. As I was leaving I noticed him making fun of my inquiry with another associate. Like I said, brushed off and disrespected. I will not be looking to them for help in the future.

Bought a 2016 CR-V in fall of 2019. Moe was fantastic. Very helpful, very upfront. It’s always a risk buying a vehicle, and doubly so when buying a used vehicle that was wrecked. But I’ve loved the CR-V and haven’t had a single issue with it in my year+ of ownership.

So called them this morning for a hood on a 2008 y Volvo the lady said they had one. So my daughter went down there to get it the grill mind you comes with the hood and they charged me extra for that. I also needed the bumper so I had to pay for it before they would take it off the car. I said fine so they guy gets half way done with the bumper and goes to lunch. I asked the lady why he left she said it was his lunch time and I could come back later and get the bumper. I told her I had to go to work but she did not care the whole customer service there is bad and rude and I will never go there again and I do not recommended anyone and want to this place. What a very bad experience. They really need some new management
Really good experience ! From 1st phone call until car was taken from driveway was 1hr.&15 mins. Very professional ! Highly recommended ! Paid top dollar ! What's NOT to love !
2 1/2 hours from home i had to call my first wrecker. The great service started with the Hello on the other end of the phone. Terrell was efficient, funny, and professional. Highly recommend!
