Got it to the mechanic and discovered the case was broken and it was covered by a bracket. I called to ask them about exchanging it since their receipt states a 30 day warranty on transmissions. They repeatedly yelled that they don’t exchange broken parts and it was our responsibility to check it before we left. I informed them the transmission was clearly broken when it was pulled or wrecked and the pictures showed that but it wasn’t visible until it was being prepared to install. He just kept repeating what he originally said. It seems they were aware it was broken and intentionally sold it that way. Be careful, especially when spending near $1,000.00. They are quite the scammers.
