Address:5840 Roberts Matthews Hwy, Sparta, TN (Zipcode: 38583)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedGood prices, BUT not worth it when they damage your trailer. After bringing in a trailer load of stacked scrap tin, the operator attempted to unload it with the claw type loader. After several pinches with the machine (while letting it rest on the trailer as he pinched the tin) it warped the crossmember by over 1.5 inches and also warped the front axle. The owner refused to fix it until after 20 minutes of arguing. He eventually agreed to replace the axle with a scrap axle by the end of the week. Once I arrived on Friday to pick it up, I realized the damaged axle has been removed, bent to as close as possible, and then reinstalled. I have zero respect for the owner or the business.
