Amazing people. I asked about a fuel tank and fuel pump on a Mitsubishi and within an unexpected and quick 30 minutes they had it pulled and where even nice enough to help put it in a covering, placing it into my car. Can't stress enough how great of an experience I had.

Very poor and not so friendly staff. I bought a motor March 25th 2020... paid for it and for it to be delivered to the mechanic, then when doing diagnostic testing on it, the mechanic said it was a bad motor and not all of the cylinders are working and the timing chain isnt working properly.. he said it looks as if it had been dropped...Today, April 15th, 2020, my husband and I went in to the shop to see about a swap or refund. The guy inside was arrogant and very rude. I recorded the conversation with that man and took photos too. To prove I was in there before the 30 day guarantee was up, because supposedly he is only a parts man, but asked 20 plus questions about why we wanted to return the motor or swap etc. Told us to come back next week when the manager would be available. Basically have us sit on the last bit of our guarentee... awful customer service and very disrespectful. I have 3 small kids... and they seem careless that for me, it is a panicky situation because that is money that I am losing because of the motor they sold me not working accordingly. $400 for the motor and $75 for the delivery fee. This is absurd.
