During some of the recent snow accumulations, I ordered five bags of Ice Melt (Magnesium chloride), which clearly states safe for driveways, sidewalks, and other surfaces. Unfortunately, I will not vouch for the product, as it still caused damage to my driveway. This purchase was made online through Advanced Auto Parts online order system, and picked up at Crooks. The order was ready, and the staff was helpful and pleasant. After learning that the product was damaging my driveway, Crooks was more than willing to give me a full refund for the purchase. The staff was extremely helpful and apologetic, even though it was to no fault of their own. I would highly recommend this auto parts store, as the service was impeccable.

I was told they would contact me within two or three days. Lo and behold! I received a call within two hours! I was unavailable when wrecker was close but he patiently waited for me to complete the task at hand. By the middle of the afternoon I had a check in my hand and I didn’t have to pay the property owner for tow services to remove my old car from his property! The bank the check is on is with a well known Franchise and if ever I need to unload an unusable vehicle again. This will be the company I contact! I called and spoke with Robert! I gave him my address, car info and he quoted me. PERFECT! He said, we can be there first thing in the morning. GREAT! I sent him a text with my car info and he had replied, “we can pick it up tomorrow.” Awesome! I call and text him in the morning TWICE! No response. My husband calls, no answer. My husband then receives a text, asking how he could help him! Yet, ignored my phone calls and text.. then, told my husband that he would be there at 1pm. Time passes and it’s 2:30pm. My husband then text him asking when he will be here. He replied to my husband, “at 6pm.” It took us having to call and text for him to somewhat communicate. Very aggravating! Still hasn’t showed up. No stars!

My personal experience it sucked I went out looking for a bed and a tailgate for my 05 Nissan Titan I called and they said they had them I got out there they were bumpers were crushed worse than mine and only one truck had a tailgate that was all creased and Rusty on the end.
