    These people straight ripped me off. They said stainless steal Isbnon ferrous which don't make any sense. It's iron at it core. They also said it no matter what stainless isn't magnetic and the guy in the office hands me a magnet says go try. I expect an apology in the least for feeding me outright lies. Don't come here unless you want ignorant people lying to you

    Dispatch was friendly and got us a tow truck quickly. But our tow truck driver was someone to brag about! John was there quickly and is the kindest and most polite man! Not only did he get our car out of a mess with no damage but he charged us less and went above and beyond to make my friend more comfortablewith the situation. I can't praise John enough or T Miller!

    I love these guys! Always professional, friendly, and no nonsense business while getting you in and out quickly. Don't forget the guys running the machines because they do all the heavy lifting, plus they identify metals easily and correctly while safely unloading with care.     I had searched high and low for salvage parts for my 2004 BMW, and was completely frustrated until I found these guys. They made me an amazing deal on some parts that I couldn't live without, and we're even friendly enough to assist me in removing them so I didn't break anything! Cannot say enough about this place, and how great it is! They have everything from Pontiac Bonneville SSEI's, to audis, to Ford f-150s, and anything you can imagine in between. I saw Volkswagen, Mercury, Lincoln, Toyota, Honda.... I don't think I'll ever need to go pay a cover charge see if MAYBE there's a part I need at H&H again.

Had several follow up calls and texts while I was waiting for my son to move his stuff out of the way. When I was ready the had the wrecker driver call to make arrangements. Traded a clear title for a check in the amount agreed upon. Sahar was very helpful with the entire process!

    I bought a truck at Copart in Dallas. They mailed the title paperwork to Amarillo, stating that they can't mail it to me directly because I have no power of attorney on file. I appreciate that, as the drive is much shorter to Amarillo. I called yesterday, they found the title in the office. I asked if I needed an appointment, they said no appointment needed. I showed up this morning a little after nine A.M. They looked for the file for a long time and were unable to locate it. The young lady helping me stated that she thought her manager had taken it home with him and was not in yet. She called the manager and told him a customer was there waiting for paperwork he had. She then told me he was on his way, and that he only lived about 10 minutes away. 30 minutes later he still wasn't there. I then asked if I could just sign a power of attorney so they could do the paperwork and send it to me, as I was missing work to handle this. After asking around she said not to worry about it, they would just mail it. As I was leaving the parking area I saw a man carrying a file into the office. This is now after 10 A.M. And in his other arm was 3 boxes of donuts! 2 hours after opening time, knowing a customer is waiting for paperwork, he stops for donuts! I was there for over 40 minutes doing what should have taken 5. I am shocked how rude some people can be.
