I always get great service from this store location. They are not prefect, no auto part store is physical or online. But in most situations they do a great job. I buy things I need quickly most of the time. I call around too. O'Reilly's is close by also. I just like this store more. The staff are great and they seem to have the right customer service attitude. I don't get that at many auto parts stores.

I will never go to this place again! They treated me like dirt, I bought a truck and they brought it out, when I tried to hook it up they said I couldn't and had to move it immediately, I was only there about 15- 20 minutes total but they threatened to call a tow truck to two the vehicle away, I think they did call one but it didn't get there in time and I left before they could two me. The loader woman was very rude and was very rough on the vehicles. The other guy that came out was also very rude and I believe was giving me the finger as I pulled out. Very disappointed in there customer service. I didn't have any problem in the office, but other than that it was a terrible experience. I have bought hundreds of vehicles from copart so I am not a newbie, there customer service is getting worse and worse!

No directions on weighing, unloading location, and departure. Business wanted to lump aluminum and scrap together. It wasn’t until we were pulling out to leave that a man helped my husband. He pulled the aluminum off trailer and weighed on a separate scale. He was very helpful. Otherwise the scale reader is broken. There are no advertised prices. This a rip off establishment.
