I was looking online for a spare tire for my New to me Ford F 150. What caught my attention was that this particular salvage yard is family owned and operated. I love the special attention I get from family operated businesses. And they stood true to that expectation. So I gave them a call yesterday and Sal helped me over the phone with all the answers I needed. It was definitely worth a drive down from Cedar Park. Cruz helped me find the tire I needed and all the guys went the extra mile.I will be spreading the word about what a great experience I had with all of them. Thank you so much guys.
Super fast and easy and they came to me. Really nice guys and fair price. Definitely would recommend.

I honestly don't know what I would've done if I hadn't found this company when I did. I had some car trouble, admittedly it wasn't in the best repair and it was known, so when it had reached its limit, I knew it was time to go ahead and relocate my vehicle to be used for parts. I was a bit overwhelmed, but luckily I had found this place. The gentleman I spoke with was very kind, and understanding of my situation. They were accurate with their arrival time, and we were able to get the car taken care of safely. I will recommend this particular company to everyone! Thank you so much for everyone for their patience, understanding and kindnessService: Car towing

I’ve been looking all over Texas for a part for my 2005 Lexus LS430 to no avail. I’ve had great success finding parts for other cars at A1 so I thought I would give them a call. And like MOST of the time I’ve called them in the past, they came through for me again.I love these guys and it’s definitely worth the drive to get some quality used parts. Now I know to give them a call before reaching out to the specialty guys. These cars/parts are hard to find. Today was a GOOD day. And the price was right to boot!! Thanks again Steve, I’m on my way!

I had a great experience with Car Buyers of Austin. They responded instantly to my quote, then personally drove to meet me. Gave me the highest quote that I had received and was ready with cash in hand. Great business!

I reached out to have them take my car off my hands. I am done putting money into at this point. I must admit they did reach out to me as soon as possible but came off rather rude. They asked what's wrong with the car. No hello, no thank you for contacting us, no greeting period. I told them what was wrong with my car and they ghosted me. They say they buy a car damage or working but for me that was not the case. That's okay. I found another business to take my car off my hands.

Waited a whole hour just for a jack. They told me it would be 20 minutes. 20 minutes turned to an hour. Only for them to tell me that they don't have a jack. The people inside were not friendly either. I will never return to this establishment again nor do I recommend them..... I feel like it was because the color of my skin..

Great staff with unlimited inventory for your convenience. If you don't find the part your looking for on site, you can search the web for an "LKQ Pick Your Part" near your location to see if they might have your part and have it delivered to your home, office/shop or any designated location of your choice for pick up. Lkq is your one stop shop for just about any vehicle you have. Thanks LKQ for your reasonable prices and having such good staff that has assisted me in finding my next part easy.

To far to travel and not be able to buy what you called and asked for. It's difficult to move around and presents safety hazards for youth. I do not recommend taking your kids. Most cars are pretty torn up. I've been to many salvage yards and this one is not one of my favorites.
Not a good experience. Although the guys were not rude to me, their customer service is poor at best. Called for a part, was told they have it, come pay today and I can pick it up the next day. This was a red flag, but I rationalized it by thinking maybe they have orders folks don't pick up and are being wise with their labor costs. Fine. Spent over 2 hours traveling to their location. Paid for the part. Gave phone number to call when it was ready. Hadn't received a call, so I called them to ask for an update. Was told the parts guy is removing it right now, we will call in 15 minutes and let you know its ready for pickup. Not long after we are informed they dont even have the part. Never did. We can come back and get our money. Had to drive all the way back to their location miles past the airport in the heavy traffic. My time, gas, and sanity were all wasted by this poor business standard. Do better.

This 0lace is better than the one up the street they used to be this location but the new management there is better 5 stars especially the white guy at counter very helpful and knowledgeable with parts and availability of parts and locating them. Thanks guys.
Steve Reyes (owner) is terrific, funny, yet extremely professional, reasonably priced, and convenient. Would recommend to anyone.
I called 4 different companys, these guys offered the best price. Showed up 15 minutes after I called Them. Great service!
I sold them my Honda fit which had a bad engine. The car was not in the best overall shape. I called a few places like a junkyard but they were able to pay me more and they made the pick up super convenient. I definitely recommend this spot if you have a car that is in suboptimal condition that needs to be junked.
