Ed was so sweet! I went to a different auto shop that wanted to charge me $750 after hitting a pothole and knocking my exhaust pipe loose. Bill is either a terrible mechanic, cares nothing about customer satisfaction or both. We received our car with both a misaligned hood and "new" front bumper. Both sides of the front bumper have air bubbles under the paint, the bumper brackets are visible under the headlights and the passenger door makes a popping noise now unlike before the repair. Also, not all parts were installed.. What a great experience.Oh, and when we called to get the car back in to complete the repair the guy just hung up. Unfortunately we did not personally choose this guy to perform the repairs on our vehicle and were instead undermined by a family member.If it were up to us, as opposed to Google, this guy "Bill" would receive zero stars.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
