Despite the long line, their staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They helped me explain the process to my 13 y/o who was willing to take all of the metal to the dump. Making $40 for some scrap metal we had on the property taking up space that they will make into something else made her a believer. Kudos to the manager and the folks that helped me. Not an easy (or clean) job, but they make it look pleasantly easy. In and out in less than 30 minutes. These folks rock!!!

The guy that was supposed to be helping my Dad was so rude! I ended up speaking to the guy on the phone and he told me that my dad didn't understand him, which he did, and that he had things to do! I deal with people on a daily bases so I understand how things can get but if you DON'T like your job sir, find another and stop being so rude and racist!! I'm sure most of the clients that shop here are minorities and help pay your salary!

The first time we used Excel Towing was back in 2024 when the starter on our big F-450 pressure washing truck went out, ironically, in the O’Reilly Auto Parts parking lot. I was wondering how they were going to do it (our truck is big), but Excel was able to load it up and take it to our mechanic, no problem. The second time we used them was, ahem, tonight. After all the rain we’ve had recently, the ground is pretty soft… and our big heavy truck got stuck where it’s normally just fine. Once again, Excel Towing exceeded our expectations. Thanks for being there to take care of us!
