AAA sent a call for tire replacement to another towing company called Ammari Towing Inc, the estimated time of arrival was 5:45pm. After waiting more than an hour, since 4:40pm, near 6:07pm, I called company just to be told the company tech Cameron that was supposed to be sent out to me, was still in the shop doing nothing. After AAA realized I had not been serviced, they rescheduled Bw Tire& Towing to come out and help me from Corsicana to Palmer. The guy that was dispatched Mr. Allen was very knowledgeable and came pretty quickly. Process was smooth and he took off the blown out tire and put my spare tire on. If he hadn't come, my vehicle would have been stranded on a busy and pretty dark side of the highway until the morning. Mr. Allen, if you're reading this, thank you for help! You were a blessing dude.

They worked tirelessly to get a damaged truck dislodged so I could hook to it. Only drawback is payments are processed at different location so getting a receipt was a bit difficult. Otherwise no issues whatsoever.
