I had never had a use for any service like this before, but they made it more seamless than I could ever imagine. I went to the website, entered information about my car, posted pictures and chose my price. They were there 45 minutes later to remove my car and pay me. I would 10/10 recommend them.
At the end of a long day the last thing anyone wants to do is deal with cars. One of the headlight brackets for my sons 2014 Jetta was gone, with it being a foreign car parts are hard to find. I went to O'Reilly to see if they had one, they suggested that I go to 121 Auto Recycling. When I pulled in, they were closed, a gentleman had pulled up the same time so I took a chance. I told him my situation, even though they were closed he went in to see if they had the part. Mind you, this man just came from the hospital where he just had 10 stitches in his leg. They found the part and when I tried to pay for it, he just said Merry Christmas. Even though he had to be hurting he took the time to help me and wouldn’t take any money. Over the last few weeks, I keep hearing people say how they have lost faith in humanity. They are just not looking for it in the right place, places where honest hard-working men still exist. Very helpful and attentive staff. I visited after purchasing a new car battery at Costco (they can't install, only sell), asking if AutoZone could install it for me. Unfortunately due to liability reasons AutoZone can only install product they sold, but they let me borrow their tools and walked me through step how to do it myself. I got it done, thank you AutoZone!

I went there and the experience was amazing. The staff couldn’t be nicer. Great place and tons of selection, they have everything you need. And they go get the parts for you so you don’t have to take it off yourself. My particular parts price was a little steep, but they don’t make it anymore so what else would I do? Great place with excellent selection and staff.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Car buying is often a very stressful experience but the people at Classic Kia made it the best experience I have ever had. My sales guy Matthew was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. He was super friendly and I never once felt pressured into decisions. I also want to put in a good word for my finance guy Mike! He helped me get a better deal on my financing and we even made jokes about him coming to our family thanksgiving. My Trasmission went out in my semi in the middle of an intersection. I called several other tow companies and either the didnt do big rigs or they were too far out. I got ahold of 360 and got a quote at $950 to go 10 miles but they were an hour out. I told a police officer this and he had his dispatch call Graham towing. They got there in 15 minutes and the total price was $493. We had to drop the trailer at a truck stop because the mechanic shop i took it to did not have enough. Very talented driver placed trailer in perfect even while still hooked up to the Tractor. Very professional very reasonable and very talented.Service: Vehicle wrecking

lady in the front told me to bring engines fully assembled as it wouldn’t pay much more to take them apart so I did once I got there an older man and woman that seemed like they owned the place came out and started cursing at me for bringing the engines there and were refusing to take them
