Address:10983 Yogi Berra Cir, El Paso, TX (Zipcode: 79934)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedEveryone that I worked with was extremely helpful and extremely informative! The service was quick and the tow truck arrived exactly when they said it would. Everyone was prompt with responses! And the quote that I was given online, was exactly what I sold my card to them for. Excellent experience!
Walked in asking for a part and the guy with the long beard was asking a lot of questions like if I was asking for wiper blades on autozone. I believe its very clear to understand that I just needed a part and most of all I wanted to see the condition of it. He was being unprofessional and unhelpful, please save yourself a trip and go to Montana this guys are too much in love with their parts and high prices but hey its theirs !

Address:12000 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX (Zipcode: 79936)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedI was surprised by several things I encountered when I came to this salvage yard looking for a part for my old Ford pickup truck. Firstly, It surprised me to find such an extensive inventory of vehicles, I did not expect to find so many to choose from. Secondly, I was surprised by the prices they charge for the parts here. I have been buying used parts from yards on and off for more than 15 years and I can tell you this place has the best prices I have ever found. Thirdly, I was surprised by how nice the employees were. They were helpful, honest and treated me right. Like they wanted me to feel good about them so I come back to shop again. Well, it worked. I feel like I can trust the people who works here so I will keep coming back. Good Job, Guys! Keep it up!

Address:13100 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX (Zipcode: 79938)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedI work for a auto shop and these guys are some of the most unfriendly, and most unprofessional people that I unfortunately have to deal with on a consistent basis. Will say they have parts then when you arrive they aren't there. People who answer the phones don't seem to have a in depth understanding of the parts they sell and often don't know what your asking for if you give them a correct technical term. Would leave 0 stars if I could

Address:13200 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX (Zipcode: 79936)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedIf i could select zero stars, i would. Super bad customer service, they want to be modern with automated systems, but don't know how to update it. No one ever answers the phone because the automated system rudely hangs up after telling you to check the website, then you go to the website, and EL PASO is not even on the list, comes to tell you, this business does not belong in the AI community. Do not even waste your time.

Address:12801 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX (Zipcode: 79938)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedI visited Number 1 Auto Salvage to obtain an intake sprocket for a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. An employee directed me to row 3, where I located a Kia Optima with the compatible engine. I commenced the removal of the necessary part. Two employees subsequently approached my wife and me, informing us of their closing time. They requested a deposit to complete the removal process and sell me the part the following morning. We agreed to return the next day. One employee mentioned that the owner might express concern regarding the partially removed part. My wife and I chose to wait, hoping to discuss a resolution with the owner. Upon the owner's arrival, he expressed dissatisfaction, stating the engine's value at $2,000 and accusing us of causing damage. I explained that the location of the part is readily identifiable to anyone with mechanical expertise. The owner insisted on payment for the entire engine. My wife and I were disheartened to overhear the employees falsely inform the owner that we had entered the premises under the pretense of using the restroom. A respectful dialogue with the owner would have likely facilitated a mutually agreeable solution. Instead, he chose to engage in a contentious argument and accuse us of wrongdoing, despite the potential negligence of his own employee. The owner ultimately demanded our departure, which we obliged. The level of disrespect exhibited by the owner was deemed unacceptable.

Address:13471 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX (Zipcode: 79938)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedI would recommend avoiding this shop if you can - or if they have an uncommon part that you absolutely need, INSIST on getting photos of the exact part you expect to receive before paying for it or traveling to this shop from anywhere out of town. They had a transmission listed on car-part.com that I needed. I called and spoke to Mike on the phone about the transmission several times over 2 days. Mike assured me that the transmission was in good condition and that it did not have any damage to it. I live in Albuquerque, about 550 miles away and an 8 hour round trip. Upon arriving, Mike presented me with the transmission, saying that it had this "small damage but was fine". This is absolutely not "fine" as the chunk you see missing is supposed to have a mounting boss to bolt to the engine. Also, this part of the housing contains the valve body. Mike refunded my payment but refused to refund their 3% card fee. I was able to file a dispute with my bank to get the charge for their fee back at least. They didn't offer any apologies at all during this.
Worst place to get any part ,you will not get your money back even if the parts don't work and they expect you to pay before receiving the part so you can examine it!
I had to replace the visor on the driver's side of my Chevy HHR. I found the part I needed and the gentleman was kind to install it for me. I'm planning on going back soon for other parts for my son's truck. Excellent service, kind and respectful and very professional.
Hands down the best experience ever. We broke down at middle of travel, We had called another tow company and they were not very reputable. We were given this company information from another customer who saw us in distress. So we called. We couldn't be happier with the service and the price. You have all our future business for sure , great service and love the way you treat and solve the problems of your customers truly reliable place Thank you
