We made a deal for him to repair my truck for two cars I have him. He never repaired my truck. When I went to pick my truck up my battery and other items were gone. He is a liar and a horrible business man. He sold one of the cars already. He has made promise after promise to pay me and nothing. I am going to turn him into everyone I can. The titles on the two cars was never signed. He must have signed it which is illegal. Please be careful doing business with this man.
Had my truck die on a busy roadway at rush hour. Called my insurance roadside assistance. They told me an hour to an hour and a half for a wrecker to arrive. I looked up local wreckers and saw Claxton's was close. Called and had a wrecker within 10 minutes. They quickly loaded up my truck and took it to my residence. The driver was so good he was able to unload my truck under my carport. They were just as nice as could be. I was so relieved when I got a hold of them and they arrived so fast. If you are in the Ennis area and need a tow, look no farther than Claxton's.
Sold me a $2,850.00 engine that lasted 2 months before blowing a piston. When I contacted them to see what they could do for me OR if they can get me a deal on a replacement engine they ghosted me. No response. I’ve bought plenty of non-mechanical parts from them over the years and this was my first time buying a high dollar / mechanical part from them. Learn from my mistake and don’t buy an engine or transmission from these guys.
