The customer service was outstanding. They had everything in stock that I needed. Took less than ten minutes to find all the items on the list and then be out the door with my purchases. This was my first time coming here. Wish I would've stopped by sooner. Great family run business and people to deal with.
These guys went out of their way to help me get a hard to find part for my old Dodge pickup truck. Honestly better service than I would have expected.
They have really good prices, but they take very long time to get your part.I got some parts that only take 30 min MAX. It took them 1hr and 20min!!! Others came after me and left before me??! Why? Don’t even knowI also let them know before hand that I was coming so I really don’t know why it wasn’t done then.
This man is a crook. We made a deal for him to repair my truck for two cars I have him. He never repaired my truck. When I went to pick my truck up my battery and other items were gone. He is a liar and a horrible business man. He sold one of the cars already. He has made promise after promise to pay me and nothing. I am going to turn him into everyone I can. The titles on the two cars was never signed. He must have signed it which is illegal. Please be careful doing business with this man.

Dropped off some metals here and I have to say it is very convenient the way they do things here. Thank you for the quick service. We had a gentleman greet us at the beginning which I think is a great plus for customer service. Will be back again soon.
The driver had been given bad location information, but he persisted and called me while he searched.He also contacted the police to see if they could help him find the car.Once he found the car he transported it safely and parked it carefully.Great service in locating the car, and speedy, safe delivery once he found it.The bill was consistent with the estimate; no price gouging.If you need a tow, don't be afraid to call Claxton's.

We needed a front bumper for our 2014 Chevrolet Volt and they were the only ones that had one according to their website inventory. I tried calling but never got an answer but emailing resulted in a quick response from Brandon. He confirmed availability, price, and other questions I had. Drove the 3 hours there from Austin, you go up to a window and tell them what you’re there for. You then wait for a parts puller to be available, in my case was only about 20 minutes. They drive you out to the vehicle so you can inspect the part you need, and if you need anything else just tell the parts puller and he’ll grab it. The guy that helped me was really friendly and pulled a couple additional parts I needed. Then you go back up front to settle on a price for everything (the bumper was as quoted over email) pay, and your on your way. Keep in mind I believe it’s cash only. I think I was there maybe 30 minutes, however if it’s busy I could see you having to wait a while though. Lastly, the images that come up on the inventory results aren’t going to be current, those are probably from when the vehicle arrive, which is the norm at junk yards. Overall I had a great experience and got the part I needed.
This place is awesome!! I work at a church in the area (Stonegate Church), and Salvage Auto worked with us to get a car for an event we had here. They helped us find just the right car, and were really cooperative with delivery times. Definitely would recommend. THANK YOU SALVAGE AUTO PARTS!

These guys did a quick and fantastic job of removing some unwanted items, a large fallen tree, limbs from yard cleanup, some old tvs and some other things cluttering my yards.
