My first time here. They were very quick and efficient. They were very nice at the front desk. I went for a replacement part, which they had pulled in less than 10 minutes. They offer very good pricing for parts. The only downside is that they are a bit far from me. And, the time of day I went, there was a lot of traffic on hwy 6. My boyfriend originally came to you in need of a reliable replacement engine. Unfortunately, what we received has been far from acceptable: • The first motor was completely locked up upon installation. • The second motor turned out to be the wrong one entirely. • The third motor, again, was no good and not functional. Each time, we’ve had to coordinate with our mechanic to remove and reinstall the engine, which has been time-consuming, costly, and frustrating. On top of that, we’ve had to keep purchasing oil and other supplies with every failed attempt — this is more than just an inconvenience. It’s starting to feel like we’re being scammed. This situation has left me without a vehicle for an extended period, and it’s caused a lot of unnecessary stress. I hope you take accountability for the poor quality of the motors you’ve provided and reconsider how you treat customers who are trusting you with something so important.
Unprofessional, total scam. I ordered a transfer case for my truck, three days later they sent me a picture of an incomplete unit without the actuator. The actuator is internally mounted and cannot be serviced or changed without disassembling the transfer case. They sent me a pic of a different part. Rusty, corroded, broken electrical connectors, stripped bolts, and the actuator obviously taken apart. He assured me it came off a truck with only 87k miles on it - absolute lie. Still charged me a 20% restocking fee on a part that never left wherever it came from. They are obviously just reselling used parts they buy over the internet for a profit. Have no idea what they are doing, not trustworthy.
Says there open till 5pm showed up here at 4pm and gate is locked.
