Amazing service with such a polite manager, Becca. As soon as my wife and I were starting our road trip our battery crapped out on us, but Becca was able to provide a good deal for the new battery and even upgraded us for free when it turned out they didn't have the one we paid for. She installed the battery super quick and of course, as she helped us, she was also able to help out other customers. She definitely makes sure everyone is her main priority.

My first experience with anything like this. Whomever makes customer service a top priority for employees is to be commended. Truly kind and gracious people from front to back. More than a fair price for some metal I inherited when I bought a trailer. My 11 yo son was super impressed with the crane operators as well as the way they treated us. Stopped in for an inspection and enjoyed the experience. Coming from a small town where you have trusted folk to do your skilled work it was nice to walk into Muldrew tire and have that same feeling. It was the owner that took care of me while also helping a local farmer find a tire for a tractor. Didn't try to up sell me on anything just did the job and saw me out with a smile. I would recommend to anyone in the area

I just got some of the best customer service I have had in a long time. I don't know what you guys are paying Clifton up there but it's not enough this guy went above and beyond to help me out. he was extremely professional courteous and patient. this is the kind of service that earns my business thank you Clifton. you have earned my business I will be back! if you need help this is the place to be you will get the help you need. all of the staff was helpful but Clifton was especially helpful.

AVOID THIS PLACE. Dave is a liar.Read other reviews, including EBAY as well. (I made a mistake of not doing so). I trusted David and he sold me a car with blown head gasket coverd up with missing thermostat, tampered milage, as well as numerous other issues. Apparently his story is always "IT WASN'T MY CAR. I SOLD THE CAR FOR A FRIEND OR UNCLE". As soon as he is paid for the car the communication ends on his side. DO NOT TRUST. Don't make the same mistake I made and end up with a lemon.

Super nice guys here: if you get here before 6 am: you can park out front in dirt lot... they will come see what you have once they are in and settled and tell you where to pull in and where to go... it’s kind of a maze in here! Lol!!!

My car got repoed on Wednesday due to the imcompetence of my finance company (lack of professionalism and costumer service) and I'm the one who had to pay to get my car back when I was under the impression that I was making Maturity plan payments. I was only without my car for one day. Once I got everything settled yesterday morning, I went to get the car. I didn't have any problems. The lady in the office was nice to me. I paid the fees and was off with the car. I had nothing missing because I don't keep valuables in the car, like I read in these reviews. The only complaint I have is that my car was taken to a place that's almost an hour away and I paid $55 for a Lyft.
