Apparently his story is always "IT WASN'T MY CAR. I SOLD THE CAR FOR A FRIEND OR UNCLE". As soon as he is paid for the car the communication ends on his side. DO NOT TRUST. Don't make the same mistake I made and end up with a lemon.

I was only without my car for one day. Once I got everything settled yesterday morning, I went to get the car. I didn't have any problems. The lady in the office was nice to me. I paid the fees and was off with the car. I had nothing missing because I don't keep valuables in the car, like I read in these reviews. The only complaint I have is that my car was taken to a place that's almost an hour away and I paid $55 for a Lyft.
