First off, Mike and his crew are the BEST!! We thought we needed a new transmission, but weren’t 100% sure. Took our truck up to Mike and the fellas up at Mid-Tex and it turned out it just needed a seriously deep tune up. And some new brakes. Lots of other mechanics would have charged up the $4,000, for the transmission. And when that didn’t work would have charged us more to figure out the real problem. Not Mid-Tex!!! The absolute BEST! We got a flat in Big Bend National Park and called 3 different Firestone tire businesses in Big Spring and Midland, because our next stop was Big Spring, TX. Franklin & Son was the only business that could get the right tire in time. They did so, then called us and notified when they had it. We pulled in on a Friday about 2:35PM and were out of there within a half hour. AND they put the spare back up under the the truck again! They did this work outside of the bays so we didn't have to unhook from our camper. SO fast, professional, and just all around outstanding!!! LOVE businesses like this one...

We broke down on the Interstate at the Snyder Exit. I drive a 02 Model Suburban, its a Sunday THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS. I called O'Reillys first, only to be told I'm outta luck they have to order. I'm now thinking OMG, I'm about to be in a hotel over night because I have a Mechanic but no part. So I Google the next place, I find NAPA! But I already know what I'm about to be told! The guy on the other end takes a look. And they just happen to have a radiator for my year model in store! Are you serious if that wasn't Devine intervention. So my dad drives all the way from Odessa the NAPA guy says he would have it saved and off we went to pick it up. The in store guys were great, we got there and it really was the year we needed. Thank you guys so much! My husband who's disabled wasn't having a easy time of being stuck on the side of the road nor my kids and fur baby! Between you, God and my dad that day we were able to make it all the way back to Oklahoma that night and not be stuck in Big Springs! Thank you guys so much for all your help and quick service!! My family appreciated being able to make it home!

Bought a new GMC in San Angelo. I live in BS so stopped in to see about using my reward points to buy seat covers. The parts guy was super friendly but gave me the wrong info. He said I could not use my points at the dealer. GMC customer center says thats the only way to use the points is at the dealer. Next the garage area appeared to be in total disarray. Im not confident my truck would be repaired properly at this dealer.

Was told charge would be $250 to tow to their yard since it was only 8 miles away plus $20 a day to store until my husband could pick it up which should’ve been just a few days but ended up being longer due to work. He was okay with leaving it until next day off because of it only being 20 a day. Go to pick it up yesterday and they added an extra $500 service fee just because they could since we left it no notice or call that they would be adding an extra $500. Would’ve been better off getting it ourselves or waiting on American Towing to get back in town but trusted the lady on the phone with the prices she gave as well as the man who picked up the truck and talked to my husband.DO NOT USE PAIGE TOWING!!!Service: Local hauling

Paid $5k for a vehicle...drove it off the lot and immediately began having issues with it. Went back a couple of days later to see if we could swap it out with another vehicle...NOPE! Haven't had this car over 2 weeks and everyday there's another issue. I told them from the start I wanted a reliable vehicle because I have 4 kids, but guess what, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT THAT ALMIGHTY DOLLAR! Will never do business with them again. I've been stranded on the side of the road in 100+° with my 4 kids...UPDATE: THEY GAVE ME ALL OUR MONEY BACK...BUT I'M GOING TO A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP

Had my truck worked on their and the mechanics does a very good job and as far the owner we get alone great. I would recommend the towing side and the mechanic shop as well. Towing side is westwind transport inc. .The mechanic shop side is western truck and trailer welding inc.
