Great customer service at the copper/aluminum turn in building. If you are a new customer don't show up on a Saturday, the girl in the office doesn't know how to do stuff. I waisted 40 minutes waiting to be told that.

The tow guy was very helpful. They don't have a way to take cc payments on the go so if you need to use your cc, you have to let them take your vehicle to their location. Their cc machine at their location was also not working.

Will recommend them to anyone in the area. Obviously they have to run a business and have strict rules implemented to drive a successful business. Some people don’t like following simple rules and of course leave negative comments. I highly recommend them and would not judge their services based on the few people that leave negative comments due to not wanting to follow simple rules in place for the safety of everyone.
