Gave a fair price for a transmission and even went as far as letting me pick one from the yard which they pulled in less than two hours. One of the cleanest yards out there, and I really didn't expect the counter/phone service I received.. superb. The pretty lady at the counter also habla esponol. Steve is a national treasure. I drove over from Dallas to purchase parts from another salvage yard. They were going to charge me $150 for two parts, and then they ended up closing earlier than discussed on the phone. I scrambled to call Apple Auto Salvage, and Steve let me swing by to get the parts I needed. He then charged me $60 (less than half the price of the other guys). I looked that man right in the eyes and said, "God bless you, Steve." Then I gave him a tip because he deserved it for helping me like that. These other places could learn a thing or two from Steve.

Watch these guys! They will lie and cheat to make a sale. Recently bought a motor, before it was all done they had switched motors other than the one we chose, then pulled parts off of the motor like the distributor but left some wires. The cut the harness at every plug ruining the ability to do a drop in swap. All I can say, is 1st and last time doing business with this yard! And I hope my credit card company agrees…. SHOPPER BEWARE

I call early and get a price for some parts. For my transit connect prices sound fair, so I drove one hour to get to the place, I guy show me the parts fender in the yard has a little dent I said ok so for my surprise at the time to pay price went up from what I was quote over the phone I was planning to buy a head light front bumper and fender arround $1800 in parts but due a dishonesty I just buy one part which was about $80.00 more than the original price and just get it because I was already there the guy at the front desk try to justify the price change saying that the price a quote over the phone was for a damage part???? Who want to buy a damaged part??? It is lots of salvage yard arround this place with better prices and honest people

As a small business I have been buying parts for years from here. The owner is very rude and will take advantage of his customers. I would strongly advise to visit any other salvage yard on the road. Sorry Victor, but you nor your boss can't yell at my wife like that. Customer service is #1. I paid for a complete front bumper I even brought it up for you. Now you want to charge me more for a grille that was attached. I brought a complete bumper.

Found an inner fender apron for a 2003 Tacoma. Super difficult part to acquire. Shipped no problem. Arrived on time. Price was high but have been looking for this part for 2 years! It's a sawed part and was cut 4 inches too short but will work around that. Professional all the way. Will come back if I need to.

I'd avoid this place like the plague. They'll start quoting the fine print that doesn't exist on their receipts. Meaning you better be really really sure that what you're getting works and is the exact right color and part. Receipts don't matter here even though all it says on the wall on a million signs is "better have your receipt". And young boy behind the counter is just plain ignorant. Came back after 4 days to return or exchange the part for the correct color one and he asks why it took me "so long" to drive back 3 hours to his dad's hole in the wall. Sorry bro, keep that big nose out of my business and learn to run yours properly. Luckily the part puller was able to find the right color part from I don't even know where and I'm guessing he's the only reason this place actually runs. I'll stick to reputable places like LKQ or literally anyone down the street from this place. Not worth the $5 difference.

Mike and his associates have excellent skills in the automotive department. I called about a part for my kia and couldn't find the right one to fit. The best part is Mike and his team still helped me! Mike called another dealership to make sure I could order the part I needed. He also helped me transition my license plate to the back so I wouldn't get pulled over. This place goes the extra mile! I definitely would to get parts, labor, and cars here!

Eddie the owner/manager said we had 72 hours to try the power steering pump and to return it. 2nd n 3rd day later we talked to him N the wouldn’t take it back. He went back on his word. We are mechanic n do this for a living. We did everything right.
