She went above and beyond to make sure she was okay while waiting for the tow truck driver. Abe arrived early and was helpful in putting her fears to rest. This is a great company with great people who work there.

Address:3105 N Quaker Ave, Lubbock, TX (Zipcode: 79415)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedSame guy who owns Montys off road. This is to make anyone aware, but to share as my experience and judgements/actions have been deemed reasonable after speaking with another person who underwent the same issues that we might find other victims. Or prevent other people from being victims of this money laundering scam. My jeep had issues 2/7-2/8/2024. Yes 2024. Its now 2/2025. He did one time call me and said he was driving MY jeep or was test driving it and the drive shaft fell out and that that was “totally his fault” and he’s gonna fix it. But I got fed up and demanded he give me the keys to my jeep and I paid to have it towed somewhere else. The tow truck driver from Lubbock Wrecker, yeah he told me that was the 2nd vehicle he picked up from that location and one lady was from out of state. He (tow guy) said her car broke down here and she was told “he was the best” but the tow truck driver said she was planning on suing him. And said it was the same story as Ray and I’s. I messaged Mr Mechanic and asked for receipts for the parts, even just for my sake to see if he’d even have any proof that the part was ordered. I mean, mechanics, they should be able to show you they did in fact order a part right? That there’s an email, some sort of paper trail they can show you or have proof that a part was indeed ordered…or delivered. Especially when they had your jeep FOR A YEAR. I even told him, this is my vehicle for work! I can report this as company expenses etc cause I used it for work! But I really just kept thinking, there’s something weird going on here. Did I give this man, this “jeep guy” way too long? I did. But I kept thinking surely he’s not screwing me over, surely not, I mean what did I do to him?And then I’ll let y’all read the last message. He literally admits to his wrongs and tells me to stay off social media and HE’S FILING FOR BANKRUPTCY. I don’t know what happens when a mechanic files bankruptcy…all the vehicles in his shop? What if y’all didn’t know and the land/shop is foreclosed on? I don’t have a clue. But you know what’s more effed up? Admitting you basically took my money and did not fix my jeep, and to find out more people might be out there that did you did the same to?

Address:711 Erskine St, Lubbock, TX (Zipcode: 79403)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedOn February 10, 2025, a tow truck from R P’S Heavy Duty Towing, under the leadership of Joni Yardley, entered our property. Instead of using the designated driveway or a nearby side street for maneuvering, the driver recklessly chose to drive through the grass simply because it was easier. At no point did they check the area or assess what they were driving over before proceeding with their 18-wheeler tow truck. As a result, the driver ran over and destroyed the irrigation system, including a large valve box that controlled both the irrigation and well for the entire 2-acre property. This careless decision left the property without water for an entire week, creating major disruptions and requiring costly repairs. We immediately contacted the driver, who admitted fault and stated he would inform the owner, but no one from the company ever reached out. After multiple attempts, we were finally able to speak with Joni Yardley, but instead of taking responsibility, she refused to engage in a professional resolution and directed us to contact her lawyer. Witnesses include a licensed plumber who was on-site replacing a water heater, two additional adults who saw the damage firsthand, and another contractor present at the time. We also have clear video footage from multiple angles documenting the driver’s actions from the moment they entered the property until they left. A professional driver should have taken basic precautions, such as walking the area to check for underground infrastructure and ensuring a safe route, yet they failed to do so. Instead, the driver’s reckless shortcut caused significant damage and financial loss. The destruction of the irrigation system and well valve box resulted in an entire week without water, requiring emergency repairs and additional costs. Despite providing R P’S Heavy Duty Towing with video evidence, photos, and an invoice for the necessary repairs, Joni Yardley refused to acknowledge responsibility, forcing us to escalate the matter.
We returned 2 small/inexpensive parts to their driver at which time, he signed our return document admitting that he picked the parts up. When we called, 2 weeks later to get a copy of the credit memo, we were met with frustration/anger and "We can't give you credit for that". Tricia Young was very unpleasant to deal with and her manager Patrick Carruth was even worse. I asked to talk to his boss and he told me that he was the top of the food chain at that location. He also told me that he more important things to worry about than my $27 credit. Long story short, Patrick and Tricia will keep me from buying parts from Keystone if I can avoid it. I have had several return issues with Keystone and I have never had one with National out of Albuquerque, NM. They actually bring the credit memo when they pick the part up.

Address:1909 Crickets Ave, Lubbock, TX (Zipcode: 79404)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedIt may be true that they don’t pay as much as Jarvis, but they also don’t destroy your pickup bed using a tractor Trying to unload your materials. I would rather support this business than some of the other guys. One thing I really like about this place is that you can also buy scrap materials from them at a reasonable price. They have always been friendly and that matters more to me than the weight they pay per pound.
Just got my horns from them. They worked! Staff was fast and super sweet. Will definitely be back if I need anything else!

We are paid less than state act. And less than national act on every metal. I was given 65 cents on romex 2.45 on copper and I know how to scrap . I have been watching the condescending downfall of a once honorable business
Had been looking for running boards for my 2005 Expedition for awhile. Every time I found some they wanted quite a bit for them used. Found some used ones here very resonable and they even put them on for much less than the cost of ones I had seen on other sites. Which I would have also had to pay and find someone to put them on too. Very happy 😃

Address:7825 Olive Ave, Lubbock, TX (Zipcode: 79404)Phone:Open hours:Open from 08:00 am to 17:00 pmStatus:ClosedTook a load of No.1 steel and dirty aluminum 2.3 tons total. They took both off the trailer at the same time instead of one at a time. Paid me 180$ Said all I had was dirty aluminum when I tried to protest and state that it was mostly No.1 the lady told me if I didn't like it they could load it back on my trailer and I could get stepping . I miss the Mexican guy that used to work the counter there new staff ant that good.
I haven't used their towing service but after dealing with them for a part, I would look elsewhere. I called them looking for a part and was informed that yes they had the part if not a few of them. I called to make sure they were open and that I could come by and pick it up. Drove all the way out there and they tell me that they can't find it and the ONE guy that can is at lunch and no one knows when he will be back. So I try again the following day, just calling this time, and they tell me they can't find it. Clearly not dealing with people that have business sense or people skills. Not worth the hassle.
