We had a blowout over an hour away from home at night and Roger came immediately and helped get out vehicle full of children off the highway until our family member came with a spare tire. He was very patient and courteous with our family. He went through all measures to ensure our safety.

It took us 45 minutes to get there, and we arrived at approx 5:20pm...just to be told that they were closed! That is just wrong...there was still 40 minutes until closing time! It takes an hour and a half to get there and back home, plus lots of gas! After we were told they were closed we called the office (5:27pm) and asked the man who answered what time they closed, and told him that we were in the parking lot with a load ready to unload. He said "well today"...then he hesitated and said, "well go ahead and pull in". The employees were not very friendly or helpful at all. We feel like they just blew us off because it's Friday, and they just didn't feel like messing with us. So...we decided to hell with them since we weren't good enough to do business with and/or just didn't want to mess with us, and we found another place on 1314 that was open until 6:30. We arrived there at 6:00pm, and everyone was super friendly. They were also very helpful because they helped us out with a flat tire we had on our trailer...and that's something I seriously doubt anyone would've done at Transformers Metal Recycling.
